Please try to notify Univision staff one day or more in advance.
What should I do if I suddenly feel unwell in the middle of class?
Please stop continuing this class immediately, inform the teacher or Univision staff for help, and go home to rest.
Why does my class photo appear in the advertisement of Univision Community Trust?
Univision Community Trust will take photos or videos during the class, and these materials will be used for class management, archiving and publicity.
Can I sign up for a trial class? How to charge for trial lessons?
One trial lesson is available, and the trial lesson fee depends on the price of each lesson. After the trial class is over, if you are satisfied with the registration, please pay all the remaining fees for the current term.
What is your tuition and refund policy?
Our fee and refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent. Full payment is required before the course begins. Tuition fees paid are generally non-refundable. If a refund is requested due to special circumstances, a $10 administration fee will apply to each refund. If a student is absent for personal reasons, make-up lessons may be arranged within the same term by contacting our staff, subject to class availability. The centre reserves the right of final interpretation of the above policy.

What if the class cannot be held normally due to weather/site/teacher/force majeure, etc.?
The course will be postponed for make-up classes, and those who cannot participate in make-up classes can be transferred to the next term.
Can the leave be refunded or transferred to the next semester?
Sick/personal leave is only accepted once per semester, which can be carried over to the next semester without refund.

What is a public welfare course?
Public welfare courses are carried out by our organization to let more people in the community participate and benefit. The course price is much lower than the market average price. The course is suitable for students of all levels. The course fee is a one-time donation to the public welfare course, and the tuition fee is only used to cover the cost.
Can you provide me with a donation receipt if I have signed up for a public welfare course?
Yes, we can provide it. Donation receipts as tax deductions.
