A lot of people dance with very short movements that are only formless. These are the consequences of ignoring the practice of body rhythm. Body rhythm refers to body technique and rhythm. The training of body rhythm is richer and more delicate. It is composed of movement elements extracted by artists from opera and martial arts. It has a unique style and is the essence of Chinese classical dance. Once you have practiced your movements and rhythm well, your movements will have more charm and beauty. We are fortunate to have invited Ms. Zhong Li Lily to take everyone to experience the dance charm of this kind of dance. Suitable for middle-aged female friends.
