Tennis is one of the world’s most popular sports and is loved by people of all ages in New Zealand, a country well known for its outdoor lifestyle. To encourage more adults to participate in tennis, Univision Community Trust offers adult tennis classes in both Flat Bush and Royal Oak.
The classes are led by professional coaching teams from Howick Tennis Club and Royal Oak Racquets Club, and are suitable for beginners as well as intermediate-level players. The programme helps participants gradually improve their tennis skills, physical coordination, and confidence in sports. In a relaxed and enjoyable environment, students can not only exercise and relieve stress, but also meet new friends who share a love for sports and experience a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Special Recommendation: The Flat Bush venue features covered courts, making it especially suitable for those who are concerned about sun exposure or weather-related class cancellations. At the same time, junior tennis classes are also available at the same venue, allowing parents and children to attend classes at the same time, enjoy sports together, and share healthy and active family time.

Class Size: Maximum 6 students per class
Equipment: Tennis rackets and practice balls are provided during class
What to Bring: Please wear sportswear, sports shoes, and a tennis cap, and bring your own water bottle
