Physical training is an elegant and graceful form of fitness exercise. It mainly combines structured foundational dance training (based on ballet) with classical dance, body movement techniques, aerobics, and yoga. The goal is to develop a healthy body, graceful posture, and a well-proportioned physique. It can be considered the foundation of all dance forms and many sports activities.
All classes taught by Wella from Univision are tailored to students’ individual abilities and fitness levels, with effective learning plans designed step by step. Through consistent and dedicated practice, students can achieve the integration of physical fitness, mental wellness, and beauty, becoming more confident, energetic, and vibrant.
Monday, Thursday & Saturday Physical Training Classes – Course Outline:
- Warm-up Exercises: Floor stretching flow exercises and aerobic dance training to help reduce body fat and improve fitness.
- Posture Training: Ballet arm positions, foot positions, posture, standing positions, and introductory runway walking practice.
- Basic Ballet Barre Training: Build an elegant body framework through repetitive practice while strengthening core muscles and shaping leg lines.
- Physical Dance Training : Students will learn several original body-conditioning dance routines, focusing on correct use of arm and foot positions, posture, body extension, flexibility, and elegance. The aim is to gradually express musicality through movement all the way to the fingertips.
Different aerobic dance and physical dance routines will be arranged each term according to the level of each class.
Friday Model Physical Training Class – Course Outline:
- Warm-up Exercises: Floor stretching flow exercises and aerobic line dance fitness training for fat reduction and body shaping.
- Posture Training: Ballet arm positions, deportment, and standing posture.
- Runway / Catwalk Training
- Basic Ballet Barre Training
- Physical Dance Training: Students will learn an original Hanfu-style body-conditioning dance routine, focusing on basic arm and foot positions and proper posture. The goal is to create a more extended, elegant, and upright body line while gradually learning to express musicality through movement.
Different runway training content and dance routines will be arranged each term according to students’ abilities.
Class Preparation & Important Notes:
Bring dance training shoes.
Bring a yoga mat.
Bring a large bottle of water and a towel.
Wear fitted stretch clothing.
Tie long hair back.
Avoid eating for one hour before class; chocolate may be brought for energy if needed.
Do not force yourself if you cannot keep up with the pace — exercise according to your own ability.
