Friends who know Univision must know Mr. Wella’s physical training. This course is one of our Univision dance classes with the longest running time and the largest number of students. Course design will be based on the basic situation of students, tailor-made effective learning plan, step by step. - Warm-up exercises: Floating stretches and aerobics on the mat
- Posture training: ballet hand position, posture and stance
- Ballet bar basic skills training
- A small dance: basic hand positions and body postures, the purpose is to stretch the body more and slowly learn to convey the notes to the fingertips.
- Costume Show Training: Summer Beachwear
- The last class at the end of the term has plane photography skills training
